Product Returns & Refund Policy
Physical Products:
We strive to sell the best products on the market. If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us within 30 days of purchase and request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Returned items must be in their original packaging and in new or unworn condition. An RMA will be issued along with a return address that will be emailed to you.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Please use a trackable method to ship your return.
Refunds:
After receiving your returned item and inspecting the condition of it, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refund will be issued in the same manner in which the item or items were paid for and can take up to 5 days to appear on your statement depending on the banking institution. You will receive an email from our store once the refund has been processed.
Damaged Item:
If you received your order damaged, please contact us within seven (7) days of receipt to file a claim and to receive a replacement item. An RMA will be issued to you along with a return address. After seven (7) days of receipt, a damaged shipping claim cannot be made.
Wrong Item Received:
We sincerely apologize if you have received the wrong product. Please contact us within seven (7) days of receipt to file a claim and receive an RMA and return address. Once the returned item is received, we will ship out the correct product.
Digital Products:
All digital products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please read the description of the product before purchase.
